Privacy Policy — Foxi Flow – Bulk Image Generator for Flow
Effective date: 28 October 2026
In short: your prompts, reference images, frame images and generated images or videos stay in your own browser. We do not collect, sell or see them. The only thing that leaves your browser is your licence key, which is checked with our payment provider, Gumroad.
Who we are
“Foxi Flow – Bulk Image Generator for Flow” (the “extension”) is a Chrome extension made by Nexzare (“we”, “us”). It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. “Flow” and “Veo” are trademarks of Google LLC.
What the extension does
You load a text file of prompts. The extension types each prompt into the Flow website (flow.google.com or labs.google/fx) in your own browser, sets Flow's options to the ones you chose (image or video, model, ratio, quality, length, count), waits for the result, and saves it to your computer's Downloads folder. It can also attach reference images, or a Start and End image for each video, that you choose.
Information that stays on your computer
The following is stored only in your browser's extension storage on your own device. We never receive it:
- Your prompt file and the queue (prompt text, status of each prompt)
- Reference images and Start / End frame images you add to the extension
- The list of models and options Flow offers you, so the panel can show them
- Your settings (wait time, download folder, and so on)
- The number of free-trial images or videos you have used
- Your licence key and its last check time
Generated images and videos are saved to the Downloads folder you choose, using Chrome's normal download system.
The free-trial counter is also saved in Chrome's sync storage, so it follows your own Google Chrome profile if you have Chrome sync turned on. This sync is handled by Google Chrome, not by us.
Information sent to the Flow website
To do its job, the extension types your prompts, and attaches your reference or frame images when you use them, into the Flow website you are already signed in to, exactly as you would by hand. What Google does with that content is covered by Google's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive a copy.
“Run in background” (tab sharing)
If you turn on “Run in background”, Chrome asks you to share your Flow tab with the extension. Chrome does not pause a tab that is being shared, so Flow keeps generating while you use other tabs. The shared picture is never shown, recorded, saved or sent anywhere — it is only kept open. Sharing stops when the queue finishes, when you click Stop, or when you close the side panel.
Information sent to our payment provider
| What | Sent to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your licence key and our product ID | Gumroad (api.gumroad.com) | To check that your subscription is active — when you activate a key, and about once a day after that |
Payments are made on Gumroad's checkout page, not inside the extension. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy (https://gumroad.com/privacy). We never see your card details.
What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or telemetry
- We do not read your Flow projects, other websites or browsing history
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- The extension does not load or run code from the internet
Permissions the extension asks for
| Permission | Why it is needed |
|---|---|
| Access to flow.google.com and labs.google/fx | To set Flow's options, type prompts, press Send, watch for the finished result and download it. |
| Access to api.gumroad.com | To check your licence key (see above). |
| Storage / unlimited storage | To keep your queue, settings and reference images on your device (reference images can be several MB). |
| Downloads | To save each generated image or video with a numbered file name in your chosen folder. |
| Side panel | To show the extension next to the Flow page. |
| Debugger | Flow ignores clicks made by scripts, so the extension sends real mouse clicks and typing to your Flow tab only, while it is working there. Chrome shows a “started debugging this browser” bar while this is on. It does not read network traffic, page content or other tabs. You can turn it off in Advanced settings (“Real mouse clicks”). |
| Scripting | To connect to a Flow tab that was already open before the extension was installed. |
Deleting your data
Press “Clear queue” in the extension, remove reference and frame images with their ✕, or remove the licence key with “Remove key”. Uninstalling the extension deletes everything it stored on your device. Images you downloaded stay in your Downloads folder until you delete them.
Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects what data leaves your browser, we will also say so in the extension's update notes.
